A Rationale for the Future of Israel
Robert in his work agrees with the Old Testament that defines Israel as a special community that is spiritually bound together by a covenant with God and physically related by Abraham through their Jacob. Their special relationship with God is believed to occur for the service to the rest of the world (Isa. 65.5f). However, despite its special position and role in the world, many have viewed that Israel`s mission had ended with the rejection of Christ and might not have a future.
