Abstract
The relationship between leadership, trustworthiness and ethical stewardship is examined in Caldwell et al.'s (2010) "Leadership, Trustworthiness and Ethical Stewardship." The authors posit that ethical stewardship leads to trustworthiness, which is an important facet of leadership in organizations and businesses. In this essay, these three primary facets are reviewed and examined, the individual relationships weighed against other research on the topic.
