Abstract
Grocery Limited is one of the leading retail stores in Dubai. The company is currently facing challenges due to decline in its sales volume that has adversely affected its growth rate. The main objective of this study is to identify the factors influencing sales volume of Grocery Limited. Using quantitative research approach is applied to investigate the factors affecting sales volume of the company using descriptive analysis and regression analysis. Therefore, the relationship between household income, customer perceptions, quality of services and product range on sales volume is determined.
