Factual Background
The Respondent in this matter, Abel and his friends were indicted with bank robbery in the District Court, with his cohorts pleading guilty to the charge as framed. The respondent however, denied the offence and the matter went for trial whereby one of the cohorts named Ehle agreed to testify against him.
