The current paper relates topical issue of implementation of European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) for business excellence. For the purposes of this paper there was du Telecom chosen. Du Telecom is a telecommunications company located in UAE. Recently, the Company faced the issues related customers satisfaction and necessity to improve quality of the services provided.
