Abstract
Teamwork concept can be interpreted from various disciplines such as sociology, industrial relations, psychology, philosophy, theology, economics, politics, health sciences and the wide range of paradigms can be quite extensive. Each has a different criterion for defining what it is and the boundaries within which it functions. Sometimes due to these discrete variables encompassing its adaptations social scientists find it difficult to analyze what constitutes Teamwork.
