Introduction
This paper explores how people can engage in research together. It will investigate the utilisation of participatory research (PR) and participatory action research (PAR) in sports education using focus groups. A focus group is a manifestation of a qualitative study in which a set of individuals are questioned about their judgements, beliefs and opinions towards an item, a benefit, or an idea.
