Introduction
Dark leadership is defined as the “systemic and sustained behavior by an organizational leader that violates the organizational interests by denting and /or sabotaging the organizations tasks, resources, goals and effectiveness and/or the motivation , wellbeing or job satisfaction” (Sankar,2003, p.112).
