As indicated by many scientists,( what is the authority for this, which scientists, book or journal article) the reduction of greenhouse gas emission requires a global consolidated effort with participation from all the countries across the globe. At least, those countries responsible for emitting the maximum amount of greenhouse gas are expected to comply with the cause.
