Overview of the National Security Policy of the USA
Annually the government of the United States of America reconsider the amendments to the National Security Strategy in order to define the major steps to increase the defense of the country. The legal basis for the adoption of the National Security Strategy is provided in the Goldwater-Nichols Act, which was adopted in 1986.
