Brand love is about a brand attitude that people hold about a brand. Some most famous theories of brand love include Sternberg’s (1986) theory of triangular love, Consumer-brand relationship theory proposed by Shimp and Madden (1988), Lovemark theory of Robert (2005), and Emotional brand attachment theory proposed by Carroll and Ahuvia (2006).
