Introduction
On average, many people spend more than half of waking hours at their workplace. Studies reveal that our workplaces expose us to physical conditions that are harmful to our health. The nature of the work we do as well as the organization of our workplace affects both our mental and physical healths. Excellent health is what is required for employment.
