Introduction
A multicultural organization is an organization characterized with a workforce of people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. The workforce includes people from diverse religious, ethnic, racial and gender backgrounds, including those from minority social cultural backgrounds at all levels and in all departments of the organization (Wang & Chan, 2009).
