INTRODUCTION
Solid wastes are everything that we throw away daily as unwanted materials. They are also referred to as trash, garbage, refuse, waste materials, and or rubbish. Solid waste is normally considered as an eye sore and at times the stench rising out of a heap of garbage is unpleasant. The first source of solid waste is our residential complexes, sanitation residue, construction debris and street waste which constitute the municipal solid waste.
