Abstract
Toyota has been the fifth largest producer of automobiles in the world by means of its unit sales, however, the over-emphasis of the company on the quantity has overlooked the quality of its vehicles. The increasing number of accidents incorporated by the vehicles of Toyota and numerous lawsuits against Toyota due to its quality issues resulting in the occurrence of accidents has questioned the integrity of the organization towards the safety concerns.
