Abstract
The main objective of this dissertation is to explore the impact of technology on places where people eat. In order to encounter, the impact of technology Yoko sizzler has been chosen. The interview-based questionnaires were distributed among 100 customers who were available at Yoko Sizzlers. Therefore, the gathered data is based on 100 responses, which includes both males and females.
