ABSTRACT
The prevalence of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) facilitated the shift of operations in travel agencies from traditional to online platforms in the same way that the Internet changed how customers can access goods and services. The Internet enables customers to gain access to online travel agencies and choose to purchase travel-related products and services online.
