Many people used to fly virtual plane, being in front of the computer. It is not a game, being a pilot is insanely challenging and technically complicated. The dream to fly has deep roots. This was the reason to create different flying machined. Every time, when going up in the sky, people used to bet their lives on it. The concept has not changed much; the profession of the pilot still remains quite dangerous; however flying the plane, I feel myself free and almighty, the one who challenges the nature.
I am the first pilot. It is me who flies the plane and it is me who decides on crew actions in case of emergencies. My flight consists of several stages – take off, climb, horizontal movement, reduction and landing. Having received the dispatcher’s approval I drive the plane to the takeoff strip where the plane gains the velocity and takes off. The task of the first pilot is to stear the plane so that it always moves according to the trajectory. In order to ensure that, I need to always pay attention to the data on the control panel. Takeoff and landing are the most responsible points of the flight as there might be other planes nearby the airport. The slightest deviation from the trajectory might result in the catastrophe. During the landing and the takeoff I do my best not only to track the information, but to analyze it, I compare the data from the control panel to what I see outside the cabin. The tiniest flaw might result in people losing their lives. I am the pilot, thus it is natural that I am not afraid of the altitude and I can take the responsibility in the critical situation. I was being prepared for this for a long time in the flight academy as those who are uncertain should better stay out of it. Nevertheless, my passengers should not worry as I am always doing everything possible in order to ensure their security in the air.
