A-Level Essay On The Cat Of Inspiration For Free Use

Okay now promise you won’t laugh. You see what inspires me the most is my cat. All 20 pounds of pure softness that bundles up a personality that makes me laugh more in a day than anything or anyone else I encounter. This boy thinks he is a baby, yet he is quite large. He thinks the whole world loves him and worships him at the same time.
So how can a ball of fur be so inspirational, you ask? Well, because he does something that is hard to find in this crazy world we live in. He brings me peace. Yes, it’s true; this nutty guy makes me relax without me even knowing I am doing it. As he doesn’t take no for an answer when he decides when and for how long he needs to be cuddled. I might be in the middle of writing something I “have to get done” but when he decides, “cuddle time,” then all bets are off.
And when I stop, I start to relax my heart slows down and I can feel that rushy “panic to get things done” feeling float away. Now this all sounds “cute” and not so exciting I am sure, but what you need to know is that when I am forced to relax and stop what I am doing, then I notice when I return to the job I was working on that I am inspired. Inspired to get back at it because now I am not so panicked; I have come back with a new outlook on my situation. Inspired to put words on the paper or get the job done; the break allowed my brain to SLOW down so it could logically organize those too many thoughts I had. Inspired because now I am happy; happy to know that somebody loves me unconditionally and believes in me, even if he knows little of what I do. And happiness makes for a productive and healthy me. And when I am good, all is good with my work and play.
You see what I know is that inspiration does not necessary come in boxes with bows or on a movie screen with flashy pictures; if we take the time to just stop and look around at our own lives we are often surprised to find inspiration a lot closer than we thought it could be.
