It is well-known that in socially advantaged European countries migrants make native citizens leave their neighborhoods as they gradually become ghettos. Such areas are dangerous through increasing levels of crimes and xenophobic outbursts against Europeans, as migrants set their own rules there. Also, it gets more and more problematic to get a job among the immigrant competitors as they accept low salaries and no social guarantees.
Maybe, such problems occur as the majority of migrants do not integrate into another country’s society. They live as though in a closed system, "in the country inside another country", because many people do not consider it necessary to learn the national language, explore the unique local culture and traditions, take part in national celebrations, respect other religions and be tolerant in the country where they were kindly located. At the same time, they expect to have the same civil rights as native citizens, and moreover, they have a lot of facilities, good social payments, and serious protection of oppressions.
I have got some ideas about solving the issue of migrants. I would suggest setting a precise time period of social payments to migrants – let's say 2 years living in the country – so that they could adapt themselves, find a job, and permanent accommodation. Additionally, I would suggest carrying out the inspection of knowledge of the national language and cultural features in order to determine the degree of adaptation.
