The issue is global leadership which is the process whereby leaders through their skills and knowledge have the ability to shape the performance of a company by integrating talents and people’s potentiality depending on diverse organizational and societal background. In most of the big companies, leadership has provided a forum for expansion of their boundary and geographical territories through identification of a number of diversified customers across the borders. Globalization of firms is normally accustomedby the improvements in technological skills and knowhow covering variousstipulated world improvements. This technical adjustmentsallows for expansion of the company. Due to high technological provisions and other related global provisions, a number of companies are prone to be challenged through competitive measures sinceboth the companies are trying to meet the customers’ demands in a more unique way through customer focus.
The significance of global leadership in any business environment is varied in a number of ways. First, they shape the employees within the company they are required to build sophisticated and more commuted team within the BenGel Company for a competent teamwork within the business unit. Secondly, they have the willingness to take risks. A good leader should be willing to take and accept the risks within their organizational setting. Losses are not meant to impact a negative attitude in the mind of a leader but should be a foundation and a means to providing solutions and striving to realize the strengths within that particular company. Risk taking also enables a leader to avoid using the same causal effects. In addition, they help in ensuring customer’s satisfaction is guaranteed and met. They should devise methods and systems that work in accordance to customers understanding and diversification (George, 2012)
I reviewed on Executive Position in a Word Business Company to address some of the global leadership skills that are perquisite in future growth and expansionof business, especially BenGel Company. I was able to plan a global leadership strategy and plan by analyzing the global leadership skills and concerns for the future, its emerging leadership theories rendered appropriate for global agenda, leaders responsibilities in preparing to work in a competent work place and how such leaders devise plans in order to evolve the current situation to a more favorable one in the global agenda and in future.
The following practices are needed to be practiced by the company in order to shun the negative practices within the company;
This explains the various ways in which a leadership patterns ought to be changed within the global business. Most of the leaders’ especially global ones should be in a position to adopt skills that discourage the negative practices within the company.
Good behavioral exercises
Leaders should promote the high value of behaviorby setting the stipulated standards required for a good global leadership. It argues that a leader should be set-to specific conducts and moral values and ethics that will enhance their relations with the other employees.
Personal Plan
This a personal responsibility that needs to be considered in order to attain the expected value of global leadership at an individual level. An individual is expected to exercise the activities within the business more effectively in order to attain the required standard.An individual should also devise a plan pertaining his/her competence level though the enactment of creative mind in developing solutions to the problems experienced within the business unit (Victoria, 2012)
The auditing process involved in the adherence of ethical procedures include the identification of the ethical related issues by the auditing committee who will then access on the type of information they might need. It is then reviewed and then documented to enable the social workers in their ethical practices (Ferrel et al., 2005)
