The modern rapid development of information technologies needs constant changes in various spheres of life and the educational sphere is not an exception. I am the purposeful person, I have many goals and expectations of the graduate program and I am going to consider this issue.
Firstly, I think that the educational process much transforms the human and his perception of the world. Graduates people are more prone to logical thinking, analysis and reflection in different situations. Such people read more and feel a constant need for "food" for the mind. I think that the ability to get and learn information is one of the most important skills that graduates acquire during the learning process and I want to upgrade my skills too. People forget formulas, rules, and theorems, but the ability to work with data and a lot of information remain for life. I also want to follow their examples and I will do my best to deal with "food" for my mind.
I plan to broaden my mind to think more flexible and faster. The graduate program will provide an influence on my personal opinion and help to find new opportunities and ideas. In addition, it will become easier to learn new information and new skills. From the other point of view, the progress of civilization and the rise of living standards of people are possible only through the transmission of knowledge from generation to generation. "You live - and learn" is really a wise and useful advice for everyone and I strictly follow this principle.
I also plan to gain professional knowledge which will help to reach my goals. I think that an education itself is not a guarantee of a successful job, and the professional experience plays a greater role than the presence of his diploma. The employers' expectations of graduates and the real level of knowledge and competence are different concepts sometimes. The only absolute advantage of the higher education is that I will be able to adapt to changes in the labor market. Thus, I plan to acquire new skills in order to contribute to my career. Everything comes from the idea that employers usually prefer to hire more educated people because they are more promising, purposeful and reliable. The State needs new educated and skilled workers in various sectors and fields of activity: economics, politics, medicine, industry and many others. Thus, an education will give me special advantages.
I have great expectations of the graduate program because educated people always make professional decisions and have a lifestyle that responds their successful ways of life. They have more chances to get a prestigious job position and good salary. In addition, such people are able to more effectively cope with such common problems as stress and depression. The main idea is that their activity improves the psychological health and the physical condition of the person.
