What is the title of the speech if one is given?
The speech Hillary Clinton did not have a title but was a generally a victory speech

The speech was delivered at the Caesar’s Palace hotel and casino in Nevada, Las Vegas
Are there additional things we should know about the background of the occasion?
The speech was given at the casino as the casino workers are the ones said to have delivered the victory to Mrs. Clinton. She was also at the hotel when she received a concession phone call from Bernie Sanders, who was at an outdoor music concert. The speech coming from a casino was symbolic of the greater Las Vegas, which is a hospitality driven state with about 50 percent of the residents earning their living from its tourism industry and the massive hotels and casinos (Seitz-Wald, 2016).
Section 2
What was the organization of the speech pattern?
The speech was a commemorative speech in honor of her victory and nomination as the Democratic Party’s candidate for the presidency. And was organized as salutations, followed formal thank you to all the participants and supporters then a narration in which she shared information about the implications of her nomination to the future of the country regarding developments and policy formulation. She also had a sensible deviation from the topic to talk about the issues that she looks to correct along with what she hopes to accomplish as president before concluding with a call for the public to join her campaign movement. She then announced their next campaign strategies, where she and Bill would be headed next- thanks the audience as she leaves the podium (Staff, 2016).
Section 3
What evidence can you find of ethos, pathos, and logos in the speech?
Ethos from the speech can be found through her use of proper language that is mostly respectful even as she addresses issues that are of conflicting interest to her policies for instance when she is talking about the conflict between wall street and main street (Staff, 2016). Here we can see her call for ethics across the board as she tries to caution them that the lobby groups that who they sponsor will not affect the application of justice. She points out that her first order of business is to appoint a new Justice to the Supreme Court, who will ensure justice by protecting the right of every citizen and not every organization that buys an election.
Pathos is apparent, as Hillary Clinton was talking about the child worried about the deportation of her parents. Here she appeals for an emotional response, which is mostly sympathy.
Logos comes up clearly when she talks about justice being applied equally and her administration prosecuting the corrupt and rewarding the honest.
What claims, warrants or fallacies were present in the speech?
In the speech, the fallacy that was clear was “in South Carolina I met kids trying to learn in crumbling classrooms and neglected communities (Staff, 2016).” The implication that all South Carolina children learn in crumbling classroom is highly fallacious as it applies only to a section of schools.
