Introduction
Clemton is a company that is specialized in offering services to clients in as far as the manufacture of cement is concerned. The management of Clemton is organized in such a way that it recognizes the parameters that must be implemented so as to lead to a fruitful result. The role of this study is to identify the instances that support the functioning of my company. Without having management aspects in place, it is obvious that the company will not progress as the objects of the company dictates. As a matter of fact, like any other Company, Clemton is a company that is interested in making profits. Among the activities that any company that is interested in achieving the above phenomenon, it is likely that the company will diversify its instances that pertain staffing and controlling of workers so as to facilitate an environment that provides for the best conditions for the workers to work. It is crucial to note that, the company has different units that support its position.
In essence, we have the shipping department. In this regard, the aim of this research is to identify the possible instances that the management incorporates so as to adequately realize its goals and dreams. Similarly, my company has a processing unit. In fact, this is the most manifested part of the company that incorporates a lot of managerial techniques. In the processing department, organizational techniques and frameworks are the most envisaged instances that any company must acknowledge. On the same note, the attitude of workers influences the manner in which the administration entails as part of its management plan and center point issues that must be adopted. The reason behind this study is along the instances of control, planning, leading, staffing and organizing. In this regard, I shall offer a substantial and deliberated discussion to canvass on these matters. In essence, the role of this research is to come to a position that identifies whether the company succeeds on its strategies or the set standards are mere illusive circumstances that cannot stand and pass the test of the day.
When it comes to planning, my company has the following features that represent its plan and expected outcomes. In every year, the company’s management committee is elected into office to center the point of management schemes of the company. In essence, their sole role is along the parameter that sets the pace for the company. Acompany cannot run along smooth lines if measures are not taken into consideration ensure that its future operations are well catered for. In this instance, the position of planning comes into play. The company prepares for its next financial year before the current year elapses. In this case, it caters for things such as, payments for, workers in the next financial year. At the same time, the management ensures that their futures in terms of the activities that matter to it most are regarded. In this case, it makes early purchases in as far as three years is concerned. Sand and the relevant ingredients that it needs for the next incoming years are well protected. As a matter of cogency and reality, the past instances as it regards to raw materials to some extent hit the company by surprise.
The management adopted this direction due to the occurrence that crippled its activities in the year two thousand and three. Because our company is middle positioned, it was tricky for it to acquire raw materials that were limited then. As a result, the dominant factories and companies in cement manufacture took the biggest shares in buying off the raw materials that were going for a rather activated price. In this case, the company had sunk low and stop continuing with the activities that it was known for. There was no cement manufacture by the company for a period of six months. As a consequence of the crippled activities, the company incurred a loss in revenue. The result of this, the intellectual property rights of the company were lost because some of the workers that left knew the strategies that the industry was applying in its pursuit to rise the table. They yonder went to apply the same strategies without regarding that they were Clemton’s novel ideas In a nutshell, above illustrated circumstances majored the event that diversified the company in as far as it planning strategies were concerned. A proper framework that catered for all likely events was devised by the company. Also, as part of planning, the company has a list of prospective workers that are standby workers. In the case of an emergency that calls for input in more workers, their addresses are used a contacting instance. In essence, the company I well secure in terms of ensuring that its work force is determined and operational.
When it comes to aspects that are centered on control, the following instances are witnessed. In essence, the management has an identified group of leaders who work as inspectors, sub managers, caretakers and supervisors. As a matter of reality, the groups are established and mandated to override on specific areas that call for their attention. The schemes adopted by my company assume the angle taken by bureaucratic officials in the government scenario. When it comes to controlling workers, supervisors are mandated to ensure that workers work within the set terms and conditions. In these instances, a worker is expected to work in a certain way. It would be detrimental if the workers are left to work on their own. The reason behind the supervision is not oriented along the notions adopted by most workers that the administration does not like their principles and ways of taking things. The control process is also effected by the officials that override in the manufacturing and processing unit. The persons are discretioned to ensure that they work within expected principles and set standards. In order to guard the raw materials that are used in the process of cement manufacture, bureaucrats are instituted into place to ensure that there is no wastage or under use of raw materials. The essence of the control unit is to ensure that the company develops and achieves its set standards. Without these schemes, my company would be under the influence and crippling instances that regard lack of development and achieving goals that have been set.
In as far as staffing in my company is concerned, the following parameters are relied upon by the managers in hiring and firing staff persons; before one is considered a job in our company, he or she must have made a prior application. In this case, the application must be followed by an interview that targets on the credibility of the qualifications garnered by the person wishing to be given a chance to serve in the company. The reason all these instances are put in place is to facilitate aspects of inclusiveness in the selection process. Favoritism and discrimination, when it comes to my company, is frowned upon. On the same note, before selections for jobs are completed by the company’s job recruiting team, analyses are on the selections are conducted by independent bodies on the qualifications and inclusivity instances that are advocated for by the objects and the directives that guide the activities of the company. Once one is considered a job, he is taken through an induction process. The process is meat to familiarize him or her to a new working environment. However, staffing does not just take the shape of who wants to get appointed or not, a deficit in a certain area in the functioning of a certain company calls for an addiction. The company ensures that there are enough workers in each unit. As it regards to terms of service, all the workers are expected to adhere to rules and regulations that guide and direct the operations of the organization. On the same note, the management of my company makes sure that things are well organized in the following ways; after every fortnight, a survey is carried out. In this case, all the activities that had occurred since the last survey are revisited. In essence, the process is meant to spearhead for an instance that will lead to a direction found out in as far as organizing the company is concerned. It is also significant to note that, organizers have been incorporated into the activities of the company to override on organizational strategies.
Clemton Company does not work along unmanaged parameters. All actions that are under the discretion of all the actors in all these units are led by the administrative body. The leading arm in my company is that which is prevailed upon by the Chief Executive Officer. In fact, the Chief Executive Officer is the overall leader in as far as Clemton Company is concerned. His team is responsible for setting the company’s pace. It is in the hands of the chief executive officer to ensure that the activities of the company proceed normally. In my company, all managers are appointed under detailed steps and procedures. The role of the managers is to deputize the manager in his functions. Directions from the Chief Executive Officer as passed to Managers who act as the representatives of the company. All their actions must be within the confines of the company.
