Throughout life, many of us have had an opportunity to visit different places, so memorable that we cannot avoid sharing the experience with our friends and family members. During holidays, family members or groups of people would always want to go on vacations but unfortunately, they simply have no idea on how to plan for their vacations. This is a plan for a vocational trip of 25 people to Spain. It includes places to visit and accommodation during the vacation.
Day of Arrival
Taking a British Airways economy class flight from New York to Spain costs roughly $ 870. We will use the economy class in order to save cash to spend while exploring Spain and for hotel bookings. Spain is a big city with a variety of sites and beautiful scenes including its beautiful wineries. On arrival to the Barcelona airport, we will take a taxi from the airport to Alberta hotel where we plan to stay for only 50 dollars. We will go for a three star hotel which will not cost a lot for the five day we will spend in Spain. Alberta hotel charges 79 dollars inclusive of breakfast. On arrival, we will be served breakfast then rest for some time before we embark on our long journey in touring Spain. In the afternoon of day one, we will start exploring the city by visiting the beautiful Formentera beaches. We shall relax at the beach and afterwards take lunch and the renowned Juan Y Andrea restaurant that has been there for a very long time. The Juan Y Andrea restaurant has sweet delicacies that are finger licking and pocket friendly. This hotel offers good and fresh sea food and sea food will be the best idea for lunch on that day. After spending the whole afternoon there, we will take a taxi back to Alberta hotel for $51.
Day 2
Day two at breakfast, Spanish omelet or potato omelet will be served and this is inclusive in the accommodation fee. After breakfast, we will then set for Pueblos Blancos- Andalucia by bus not because we do not have money but it will be a good experience travelling together with the people from Spain. This is a just a great place to stroll and take pictures with the natives, Pueblos Blancos has beautiful sceneries of white painted houses. The site of the flats is very beautiful when watched from a distance and people here live a descent life despite the fact that they are not well off. We choose this place because we want to know how the natives live in this land. Moreover, it is a good place where one can buy souvenirs that are handmade by the people living in Pueblos Blancos- Andalucia. It is also a good place we will buy necklaces and earrings and bracelets to take home.
In Pueblos Blancos- Andalucia, there is a nice hotel with local Spanish delicacies named Benalmadena publo and this is the place we will take our lunch. After taking lunch here, we will head to the famous Alhambra which is one of the most beautiful places in Spain. Many tourists around the world always travel to Spain just to see this place. The place is admirable with streams of water and the sounds of birds make it more beautiful and most visited place in Spain and we cannot miss going there. We shall take the train back to the hotel just to enjoy and admire what Mother Nature has given to the people of Spain.
Day 3
On day three, after breakfast at the hotel, we will visit the Volcanic views of Mount Teide Tenerife. It is a good place of hiking and since we like hiking, we will spend the rest of the day there. Not to mention, we will have to carry enough water and beverages since we will need them. Mountain climbing is very interested even though at times, it’s a little scary and we will take a lot of pictures here. We will make sure that we have tour guide in order to avoid gong to danger zones and take the right paths. Not to forget, we will carry a lot of snacks as there will be no food on the mountain and Spanish chicken burgers are the best. We will leave the place before dark to avoid attack from animals. We will still take a train to Alberta just to enjoy the trip. Having a hot shower is the best thing to do as we wait for supper. Take a good sleep as we wait to explore the beautiful land of Spain for the fourth day where we will visit the Vivanco Dynasty Museum of Wine Culture.
Day 4
As usual, breakfast at the hotel and embark on the events of the fourth day. Strong coffee with hot milk, sweet rolls with jam and toast with jam will be the best breakfast on this day. This day, we will visit the famous Vivanco Dynasty Museum of Wine Culture. Spain is renowned for the best wines around the globe and there is no way we will miss out on visiting the wine museum. Se will take a cab to the museum as it is located in the Rioja town of Briones. I cannot estimate how much it will cost us to reach there but we will assign $200 dollars for the cab and $100 dollars to spend on buying some wines to take home. At the Vivanco Dynasty Museum of Wine Culture, there a number of wineries. This museum has a surface of 9,000 square meters with six exhibition rooms of which five are permanent while one is temporary (Jancis 9). The museum has a free parking lot with a children’s playground. Moreover, it has large vineyards which are a good site. We will take the courses on wine testing and after the wine tasting, buy some sweet and good wines to take with us home. As this will be our final day in Spain, we will have to buy everything we need to take with us especially the wine as everyone will be expecting at least a bottle of wine from us.
Day5
This is our departure day where we say goodbye to Spain. We will be given breakfast as usual before clearing with the hotel. We will then take a cab to the airport which will cost around $51. We will then fly back to London still using the British Airways. We will have no regrets of spending the cash as our five day trip will be very memorable and unforgettable.
In conclusion, Spain is the place to be during vacations and group trips. This is because of the very many beautiful types of scenery and most of all the beaches, which will help you relax your mind away from work and all the stress. Spain has good wines and it will be very memorable visiting the wineries and tasting the wines in order to know which the best brand of wine is. The trip we are planning to Spain will cost each of us approximately $2000. Therefore, the total amount we will need for 25 people for a trip to Spain is 50,000 dollars. This money will be well spent and we know that it will be a memorable trip for us.
