Focus of the position will be to audit sales at field level, ensuring all client payments are made without any discrepancies, assistance with other accounting administrative duties as assigned. Attention to detail is essential.
Accounting File Clerk is responsible for a variety of daily/weekly/monthly duties including providing administrative support, liaise with field offices and various administrative duties.Primary Functions (including, but not limited to):
• Verification of accounts by reconciling transactions of field sales;• Securing financial information through backup methods; • File management: scanning and storage of hard and soft copies;

Yes, I have. Once I was asked to perform a job I was not qualified to execute as it was out of my competence and I was not responsible for it. It was not a matter of not wanting to execute a task it was more about doing the job properly and mistake free. This minor conflict was quickly resolved as I explained myself and I received a positive feedback.

My greatest weakness, in my opinion, is the fact that am still a student and I don’t possess and degree as well as diploma. Leader is a person who is trusted. Leadership is a key feature of a successful manager. A good manager must have a clear vision of the future outcomes and result. It is important to be honest and enthusiastic. Leaders have to use excellent communication skills. It is important to state clear goals for the people responsible on leader. A good leader motivates workers instead of making them do the job without passion and devotion.
