The accounting position of the payroll clerk or payroll accountant is the essential position in every organization. The skill required to be a payroll accountant is to have the knowledge of accounting rules, required knowledge of taxations and the skills to deal with the bank and cash. However, due to the nature of work, the accountants are the liability for the business because the accountant normally doesn't contribute to the profitability or enhancement of the business as compared to the finance professionals.
