Introduction
Projects are carefully planned and designed works, either individually or collaborative, that, are intended to achieve a particular aim. Projects have life cycles and aren’t meant to last forever that’s why detailed planning with, schedules, timeline, tasks, tasks dependent on those task, resources, and etc. are clearly very important. Determining what breaks down into these life cycles is how projects are successful or not. Beginning with conceptualization, the development of the initial goal and technical specifications, then planning, or the cycle where all the detailed specifications, schedules, etc are developed. Then comes the Execution phase in which the actual work is being done leading into the termination phase or the closeout when the project is formally closed (Webster, 2014). Projects can be used from a variety of different works, be it, designing a bridge, conducting an security system install of a global server farm, even as simple as moving ones family to a new location; planning these things out using key ideals always gives you a chance a higher success.

Before leaving, it is vital to undergo a medical examination by a dentist, therapist and personal doctor. It is required to get vaccinated against yellow fever and undergo chemical treatment of malaria. The percentage of disease risk is not great, but it is recommended.
It is necessary to decide what to do with the current housing – to sell it or lease. In both cases it is better to request a help – in case of sale, a real estate agent and tell him/her about plans, and in case of lease - the agents responsible for the rent, and be sure to be satisfied with their services by 100%. It is suggested to ask for recommendations and, if possible, choose an agent who has leased housing of foreign lessors. It is very difficult to rent housing of landlords, who live abroad, since many things can go wrong in their absence, if the agent cannot cope with main responsibilities of regularly check of property and tenants. Thus, the property should be turned into a kind of property that will bring remote income, for example, to buy another apartment, or make new repairs in the apartment, to take it more expensive.
Organization of packaging and shipping requires consideration of at least three different companies and their prices for carriage. I will learn what every company is ready to make: specialized package, assistance with pets, warranty terms, storage in the destination, and the like. In addition, I will discuss the possibility of storing our belongings in my current country of residence.
The search of the place of residence should be taken very seriously, because we will spend there the next few months of life. It is important to have a good analysis and take into account a number of important points. Various options on sites like airbnb.com, agoda.com, booking.com, etc. must be viewed in order to understand prices in the region and offered accommodation. It is best to select 10-15 different options and do not pay money right away for an extended period. It is not necessary to pay without seeing the place.
After the cancellation of utilities and subscription, it will be time to take flight to Phuket. Monitoring, Organization and Analysis of the Movement Project
The initial project takes 6 months. It is better to prepare the plan for 3 and 4.5 months as well. Table 1 shows the required activities and associated costs (U.S. Passports & International Travel, 2016).
The project time can be shortened, but it almost always leads to higher direct costs; thus, the manager is faced with the alternative, whether the reduction of the time standing on the implementation of the project of the additional costs associated with it. In situations involving time-consuming, the focus is on reducing the critical path time, which determines the time of completion of the project (Heizer and Render, 2013).
Incentive contracts and continuous improvement incentives at agreements with partners can make a reduction in project time very attractive for the contractor of the project, and for its owner. Another reason for reducing the project time can be unexpected delays – such as adverse weather, design flaws, equipment failure – which can cause considerable lag from the schedule in the middle of the project. To re-enter the schedule, a more compressed time to complete the remaining critical operations will be required. Additional costs associated with the return to the schedule should be compared with the costs caused by the delay (DeMarco, 1997).
The risk management of a project, as a rule, is aimed at identifying and responding to threats that affect the implementation time, costs (expenses, profitability) and the quality of the project, while the priorities of the security controls is to prevent actions that may cause a threat to health or the life of the project participants and the staff, the possibility of damage to or destruction of equipment and structures used in the project or are in the project implementation area, as well as a threat to the population and environment in the region as a whole, and in the case manifestation of the threat – response, providing mitigation for the above objects (Heizer and Render, 2013).
Project Control and Closeout
Control of the execution of the project is the process of comparing the performance of planned and actual performance of the project, analysis of deviations and their causes, the assessment of possible alternatives and the adoption, if necessary, of decisions on corrective actions to eliminate unwanted deviations. During the project implementation, information about the performance of work, emerging issues are collected (DeMarco, 1997). The information includes:
- Project results – products or services to which the requirements have been reflected in the planning documents, and to be made or given to complete the project;
- Information on the schedule implementation;
- Information on the implementation of the project budget;
- Information on the products according to the quality requirements of the project (on the degree of achievement of quality standards); and
- Information concerning the extent of the project resources.
Control of the project may include collecting statements on the progress of the project, the analysis of the current status of the project relative to the main benchmarks (results, cost, time), prediction of the objectives of the project, preparation and analysis of the impact of corrective actions, making decisions about the impacts and changes, and completion of the project (Webster, 2014). The completion of the project may include the following procedures, namely results of the project delivery, the final assessment of the financial situation (post-project report), the final report of the project and project documentation, the list of open issues and concluding works, resolution of disputes, the dissolution of the project team, and documentation and analysis of the experience of this project ((Heizer and Render, 2013).
Thus, moving to another country is one of the biggest changes that the person can only do in life. Although it can be difficult and troublesome for documents, it is also extremely enjoyable and rewarding experience. It does not matter the movement is made because of business purposes or personal reasons, if being well prepared, the move will be much easier and much more enjoyable.
