I had cleaned and polished the blade, the mounting, the fitting, and the sword hanger. Everything appears to be in their original condition. The sword was an epitome of bravery and courage for my grandfather, and a token of love from my father to me. I know, deep inside, that there is still a rich historical background that envelopes the real story of this old Japanese Samurai sword. The mystery behind it would be handed as a legacy to my son in the future.
