These solutions are forwarded to the higher management for review in order to help the organization achieve its goals.
A few challenges in quality systems are to evaluate the actual business needs and develop an implementation plan, identifying the resource requirements to execute the plan, lack of support and participation from the management, precautionary maintenance schedules, absence of creativity and innovation from employees, and shortage of internal audits.
