Anger is basically relates to the psychological interpretation concerning ones being provoked or offended and the essence of reacting towards it. People differ in the way they react when angry. It normally depends on their background. The differing behavior is related to the way someone was raised, the up bring by their parents.
It is possible to find people who m get angry but do not lose their temper, instead they just calm down. Some based on their health history they regard angry not safe for their health some for instance when agitated their blood pressure would rise and it is considered fatalistic since it causes death. So they opt to keep calm when angry and remind themselves of the danger they would cause if they lose their temper.
The need to consider anger as a positive thing not always a negative thing, such people who know anger as a normal thing in fact take it positive and make it a motivating issue for example to listen to one’s concerns and requirements , the essence is to manage anger in a healthier way. Some people actually never know that anger is a choice, you choice to be angry for example if one puts the negative feeling to the head and make it look terrible automatically one loses temper and may cause harm.
The level of education influences the level of anger one has that is how one will control it without losing temper , well-educated people know how to control anger similar to the mature people as they grow but teenagers or youth tend to loss their temper faster hence resorting to fights as experienced in social places or institutions.
Race certain people from particular race perform the skill very well of being angry but not losing temper may be due to their culture. Women tend to loss temper than men, women tend to be very much emotional that when offended loss their temper and becomes violent.
Basically anger is in the mind, individual choices to control it. It is a psychological thing and everyone gets angry in different situations.
