How the Social Media, Natural Preservatives, and Additives impacts Business Owners, Guests, and Employees?
Social Media
Social media is an online interactive platform where people can share their experiences, knowledge, and thoughts on things or events. Social media is a good or a bad platform for business owners, guests, and employees.
Business owners can determine their standards, quality, and some other business related factors by making a comparison with the other similar business all around the world. They can learn and teach on this platform. Also, they can advertise their business easily. However, they might receive wrong information from the other businesses, or their popularity might be damaged easily on the social media because of unjust blames on their businesses.
Guests can learn things about the food and beverage suppliers before going there and buying the products. Thus, they can make sure they receive high-quality services or products. At the same time, it might be bad if they receive wrong information. The social media can show things as bad very easily, and there is information verification system on the social media.
Employees can learn about the other cultures, other employees’ experiences, and some other job-related information easily. Also, they can learn relatively better job opportunities. By developing their skills through exchanging experiences, they can make relatively higher level of income. However, the social media might confuse them also because of the wrong information disseminated through the social media. The wrong information is not verified, and it might be difficult to confirm for the employees. Thus, the employees need to filter the information they receive from the social media.
Natural Preservatives
Natural preservative are preferred by the people in our modern age after realizing the artificial preservatives are poisoning the people. However, using artificial preservatives, the producers could create the desired taste, color, and the smell in foods and beverages easily. The natural preservatives may not give the same taste, smell, and color. Thus, natural preservatives are difficult to standardize.
Business owners might prefer natural preservative to attract people by expressing they respect people’s lives. The people who are sensitive to the nature and the health protection might prefer their products. However, many customers are addicted to some specific tastes, colors, or smells in foods and beverages. Using these natural preservatives might cause a loss of customers for the business owners.
Using artificial preservatives might damage the employees' health because the artificial preservatives have chemicals harmful to the human health. Thus, using natural preservatives are good for the employees' health. However, the natural preservatives cannot be standardized easily; thus, the working life might be relatively more difficult for the employees. They might not be able to produce foods and beverages as the customers would like to have every time.
Some people prefer the foods and beverages with natural preservatives while some other are after the tastes, the colors, and the smells to which they get used. Consuming the foods and the beverages with natural preservatives is a healthy choice for the people. However, the people look for fun in their food. The artificial preservatives can give more taste, color, and smell opportunities for the people while the natural preservatives do not have many. Thus, eating healthy vs. eating tasty become two alternatives to each other.
Additives
Additives might be natural or artificial. Additives are used in many foods and beverages. Additives might be used for many varying purposes from creating new tastes to food preservatives. Only fresh foods and beverages do not need some additives while non-fresh foods and beverages need some additives.
Business owners need to create a bunch of varying foods and beverages to attract more customers to their products, and additive might enable them to do this. Also, considering that foods and beverages need to stay on the shelves in the stores for a long time, preservative additives are good for business owners. However, using additives might annoy some customers because some people believe that all the additives are no good for human health or some people like plain and natural foods and beverages.
Employees are expected to create varying foods and beverages. Using additives require a professional knowledge. Using the additives properly is an art. Thus, using additive is very risky for employees. They need to develop their experience on this. Considering that an employee cannot work in the same workplace whole life long, changing workplace might be difficult for employees. However, if they develop their skills, they can make a relatively higher level of income easily.
Guests would like to have different tastes. Additives can provide the guests what they would like to have. Considering that the artificial additives can increase the variety, the guests can find what they want. However, understanding that additives are used in foods and beverages might be difficult for the guests. Therefore, they might take some bad quality foods and beverages with some additives veiling the truth. Thus, they need to make sure to have healthy foods and beverages. Unfortunately, the additives can easily hide these bad things.
