Cynthia Hohner shows a rather conservative attitude to leadership issues as she believes that one person`s leadership style can not dramatically change. His supportive leadership style is a result of his intention to be useful to people. This tendency to provide assistance has obviously affected his belief that people change. And he is ready to provide support and right mentorship to let people change for the better.
