This makes my opinion on the most influencing and aspiring speaker from his speeches to be martin Luther King junior. Drawing some examples from various speeches, this man appears to have had his culture at heart. In one of the speeches, he gave a narration of killings in Alabama and Mississippi while the Africans are asked by the government to remain nonviolent. He moves further to accept that Africans were being used as lifeless beings only to be used by the whites as less human.
On the aspect of aspiration to the people, this leader appears to be glued to the fact that Africans should be treated equally with the whites. He moves on to asserting them that the best way to fight and win over any oppressor is by remaining nonviolent, which is a direct quotation of what Mahatma Gandhi of India said when the Indians were being oppressed.
Lastly, on the persuasive power of the speech by King Junior, he used self evaluation and rhetorical questions to create suspense. He first acknowledged the oppression and that the blacks were not supposed to agitate for their equal treatment. This created emotions in the blacks who would think of using violent means but he twisted the approach further by urging them to use nonviolent means to pressure for their liberty and equal treatment with the whites.
In conclusion, several aspects appear to have made speeches by Martin Luther King junior much convincing. The first aspect appears to be his deep rooted origin in the African culture. He talked for Africa with full pride of being an African. The second aspect that he possessed was an understanding of the emotions of the people. He did it so well making the people to feel that he had them in his heart. Lastly, he had wide knowledge on how to organize his work and put the emotions of his audience before his. This can be claimed to be some of the key pillars to a persuasive speech.
