1) Based on the assessment, I can characterize myself as a friendly person, who would leave an impression on people and would be remembered because of own personality .At the same time, I tend to dramatize and exaggerate things. Overall, I do not have challenges working in groups and interacting with people. My weakest points are, that I sometimes pretend to pay attention to people and I do not engage in active participation while somebody is speaking. Even though I scored 44 out of 75 in the listening skills test, I consider myself a good listener. I am not very judgmental and don’t interrupt people, the two characteristics, which complement perfectly high level of attentiveness. I do not tend to take charge of social interactions in groups, but rather support the flow and try to understand different points of view. Arguments are not my strong side and I prefer to make conclusions and analyze facts, given by a speaker on my own without loud discussions. In the groups I am usually a person who can make conclusions and consider all opinions, an open communicator and quite affable person.
2) The results of my team-related assessment showed, that I am a very trustworthy person with good sense of team work, however my delegating abilities still need development. Team work is very important to me and I enjoy engaging in such activities, which certainly influences in a positive way. When being a part of a team, I can connect myself to people easily and support them in reaching team goals. Others perceive me as a trustworthy person, because I am reliable, honest and would not take advantage of someone’s weaknesses. While having this supportive nature, I also like to delegate tasks. I feel that everyone should try doing tasks and delegation is a way to improve someone’s skills. Moreover, I totally trust my team the way they trust me, so together it creates a perfect balance of team work. In conclusion, my attitude towards teamwork is very good and it usually helps me in becoming a better player and an asset to a team.
