Youths worldwide face a lot of challenges during their transition from childhood to adulthood. Factors affecting transition in youths are family ties, financial instability, individual behavior and future responsibilities (Stein, 2006). Preceding research has indicated that most adolescent detach from their families to live an independent life. This research aims at investigating the fundamentals given to the youths in the assisted living arrangement. It also seeks to explore the efficiency and effectiveness of programs that seek to help youths acquire a form of living. In this study, an evaluation of different facilities and the regulations guiding them will be analyzed. Various goals like promotion of education as well as linking youths to employments, facilitate safe and affordable housing should be addressed in order to assess these programs (Ceislik et el, 2002). Accessing health facilities and promotion of youth community development need be addressed (Brooks-Gunn, 2013). The success rate for the traditional families against strategic and outlined ways of living differs a lot and need further investigations. Panorama offers swirl pool Steam room and huge change rooms to youths (PRC, 2013).
The study addresses questions such as the outside resourcing effect on the success rate of programs that assist youths acquire means of living. There is also need to address national regulations in different states. Extra follow up should be emphasized on follow up on progress of youths in these programs. More questions need to be answered so as to provide an efficient analysis of these programs and their effectiveness to the young adult’s life Factors that determine their success includes job placement, crime, college entry and graduation. Over and above their success, barriers to these programs should be discussed to capture their importance. During the transition, trust is of high value to the youths, and it takes time for the teacher to earn it. Therefore, this research is vital in addressing the programs.
