Fig:1 Much of the estates in Sao Paulo in Brazil, reflect a culture that is environmental sensitive. The street are neat, trees and flowers are grown across the road and at near the perimeter walls.

One can easily see that they are not of very high quality but order is seen on those roads. Patches of potholes are seen on the road showing that the economic status of these individual is average. They maintain the roads and try to keep them in good condition.
Fig 3: Avenida dos Caiçaras / Rua Eugênio Amado, Guarujá, São Paulo, Brazil, depict how the modern development is trying to encroach the natural habitat. As there is emergence of modern buildings, the natural habitat is being destroyed slowly by slowly. This is the effect of corollary of culture change that is manifested in this area. As the community is being influenced by modernity, they find themselves conforming.

The resident area depict the Corollary of diffusion of western culture. The building are modern and resemble modern estates in European countries. They structure and architecture are west by nature. The resident loves beauty. In the residential homes, road walks, and concrete wall parameter, it is evidently seen that these individual, have invested in planting flowers to beatify the place.
It is clear the Sao Paulo beach Park, environment resembles the residential places. The trees, the clean environment shows that the resident are conscious of their environment. These is the axioms of common things, where trees are evident everywhere and the clean environment. The economic status is average. Looking at the automobiles on the road and the quality of the road, shows that these individual are hardworking too, and they love their environment. The major transport mode in this area is by road using automobile such as cars, Lorries, and motorcycles.
Corollary of culture change is also evident in the area. As the they aspire for development in Avenida dos Caiçaras / Rua Eugênio Amado, Guarujá,, they find themselves encroaching to the natural habitat. Even at these change of culture it is clear that they are still balancing modernity with preservation of nature.
