The girl’s life was changed. He mother suited the company for having produced a low quality pool. The first case was win by the Bunches. Hoffiner Industries appealed to the court. The company’s barristers claimed that it was the girl’s fault and not the company’s. However, right after the appeal has been filed, Hoffinger Industries went bankrupt.
The parties presented relevant evidence and arguments to support their points of view. The main argument was that it was the girl’s fault. However, the Bunches asked Ross Buck to become an expert at the court. Ross Buck agreed. His testimony was one of the reasons why Hoffinger Industries did not win the case.
