This is raising cold war by America government approaches towards the people’s republic of china. America came up with a strategy that will engage china and balance the deal they transact with china. Over the last decade there have been concerns over the raising dominance of power in the larger Asia with the United States extending their military powers in the region. China’s dominance has been as a result production while the united states being a consumer. Recently, political liberalization and strategies raised concerned over the future relationship between this two powers. Chinese communal party keeps on extending dominance through foreign relations with other nations. Adding to this, the Chinese government is expanding its military influence is parts of Middle East and Africa with the companies from the United States finding it hard to go get a market share in locations that china is already established.

There have talks about the similarities this two nations share, they are both dominant at the sea level. However, there difference is compared with immediate power. For example, just like Germany rose become a world economic power during the early 19th and 20th century china has done the same in the 21st century. Just like Germany and was a young power, china now is rising to be that young power and it is challenging United States as a super power. The Obama administration is preparing at tackling the rising challenge offered to the United States by china with the threats not being taken lightly. China extension of dominance is through trade with upcoming nations and hence there rise in power.
