There are several activities we need to undertake towards the setting up of a training program for people from different cultures. The first step shall be to conduct a research using questionnaires on the training needs of people within the New Brunswick community. The research shall take two weeks. We shall then register our training institution with the relevant authorities and acquire legal documentation. Acquisition of legal documentation is expected to take about one week.
Once the community needs have been identified through the research, we shall identify and acquire suitable premises, furniture and other facilities relevant to the training. The acquisition of the premises ad facilities is expected to take two weeks. We shall also be seeking ways to offer training programs online and this shall be an ongoing initiative.
The next step shall be to advertise and recruit volunteer trainers from the community who will assist us in the preparation of the training program and curriculum. As we recruit trainers we shall also be looking to partner with other organizations that may assist in offering professional training on areas such as public speaking, cultural skills among other issues pertinent to our target market.
The next step shall be formalization of the training programs that we plan to offer and the development of a curriculum and the timelines of its delivery to our trainees. We shall then prepare proportional materials such as brochures for the training programs we plan to offer. We shall then market our training programs through all possible avenues such as social media, word of mouth, relationship marketing, and partnerships among others.
We expect to draw our first trainees from an aggressive marketing campaign through print and electronic media and then start the training programs. Most of the marketing of the training has started shall be through word of mouth.
