Many people believe that the death penalty is a violation of human rights and an inhumane and cruel act. Capital punishment is an inhumane when the person put to death is a guiltless. However, when you give capital punishment to a criminal who ripped and tortured the lives of many others, then the least he/she deserved is to get death penalty. The victims of rape would never feel the sense of safety unless they know that their assaulter had acquired what he/she deserved and executed from earth. If a person leak out any secret of his/her country to the enemy of his/her country, he/she grew up in deserves nothing but capital punishment. A country is what identifies and represents her citizen. When the citizen betrays her, he/she betrays his/her personal identity; therefore, he/she has no reason to live. Thus, the death penalty is obviously fair under the above-mentioned acts. Capital punishment is not only fair, but also to preclude malefactors from doing their crimes again.
If we analyze the suffering and pain of the victims and their friends and relatives, it is not too hard to admit that the murderer or manslayer has to be punished with capital punishment. Killing human is one of the most flagitious acts. “An eye for an eye” is the perfect statement for the death penalty from the Bible. Following situation will highlight the anguish and excruciation of the victims. A serial killer abducted and killed many people. Those victims were murdered for the sake and satisfaction of the murderer. He selected these victims at random. It is more horrible while finding the corpse of the missing people, and we cannot even the pain of the victims and their families. It is obvious that nothing but the capital punishment can prove the pain of the victims to the murderer for committing something so dreadful. Lifetime imprisonment seems too easy, as the prisoners are enjoying more comfort in prison than at home.
Moreover, these ferocious malefactors are simply wasting taxpayer dollars and enjoying in prison. If we want to do something for the victims, it can be achieved by sentencing the murderer to death. To spread peace and tranquility among people, the criminals have to be put to death. Capital punishment has paved way to punish the criminals who had committed such heinous crimes. Many countries have prohibited capital punishment, as many humanists consider it as inhumane. For menial reasons, a few people were started debating and passing laws against capital punishment. The strange thing in this concern is that in one day or other, they will also become victims in the hands of one of those murderers. Because of its disincentive effect, death penalty should be imposed. Specifically, it should be imposed on liquidator, rapists, and country betrayers. We must support capital punishment to punish those manslayers and to prevent society from those criminals.
Capital punishment should not be denied as cruel and inhumane; it is to punish the inhumane murderers. It is important to deliberate how it dissuades criminal offenses when its presence directly confronts people. Many surveys and studies bring out that this particularly the case if the capital punishment has been extremely publicized. Capital punishment is not an act of taking revenge for the person who has been wronged, but it is exoneration of law and justice for the human society.
