Most of the companies are known for their popularity in the simplification of buying process by providing all the choices that the customers may require. Mike express car wash is a good example known for its speedy, high quality and very tentative services. The Mike’s company has always been on the forefront in ensuring that their customers have a variety of choices (Engel, 37). The services that they offered includes Clear coat, wheel bright and other packages that among them are the Mike’s clear coat and the underbody wash. All of these tasks are done by machines in order to enhance efficiency. Mike’s carwash has ensured that it has created an inviting place for its customers. They ensure that the environment is inviting by providing a 19 unit seat that is on an acre plus landscape and maintained lawn care and underground sprinkling system. The use of the handsome bricks and the glass building also fool people that this may be a restaurant hence more people will visit the place. They also provide entertainment services for clientele of children (Engel, 45). Before they offer employment, they do not look for experience of working in another car wash but how a person can interact with the customers. After a person is hired he attends a nine hours class where he or she is trained on how to interact with the customers. Some of people who go for the interviews may qualify for a second. It makes the people they hire to be positive in service deliverance and they are also motivated. When a customer has not been satisfied with the services that have been offered by Mike’s car wash they manager who after every job has been shaking hands with customers offer the customer a repeat of the service. It creates good selling relationship with the customers and the carwash. The employees are given the authority to do whatever they can so as to make their customers happy. The guy who started working for a car wash recently has as much authority as the one who has worked for more than ten year and if not satisfied with the service they have given can go to the customer and offer a rewash. One of the ways that the Mike’s carwash uses to ensures quality service is they always relate the services they offered to the employees’ experiences to other business. Where they ask the employee on how they feel when they ho to purchase something, and they are given services that make them appreciate the values for their money. It makes the employees deliver high quality services to their customers. Mike’s car wash also ensures that the employee competes where each team of the Mike’s 19 location competes. This internal completion ensures that they offer quality service to their customers. The Mike’s carwash ensure that they improve on the services they offer through always reading the comments cards by customers both that criticize and those that appreciate the services in the employees meeting. It makes them improve on their faults.
Question 2
The product and services that Mike’s car wash offer is a car wash, mikes clear coat and wheel bright. Other services include the Mike’s clear coat and mike underbody wash. Apart from these they also offer entertainment for the children of their customers. These are specialty p-product in that they are done for people who have cars only if one does not have a car he cannot get a test of this service. The new product that Mike car wash can introduce in the market so as to increase customer satisfaction are minor service of cars and repair. It would impact positively to customer satisfaction in that at times when customers go with their cars to wash, they might be in need of minor repairs (Engel, 56).
Question 3
The brand name of this company is Mike’s car wash services. The brand mark of this company is the car being washed, and it demonstrates the effectiveness of this company to service delivery. The symbols are blue in color hence they attract the eyes of the prospective customers. They appeal to the children of their customers by provision of entertainment services hence clientele who have children are forced to go for car wash services at this location. Another brand that competitive companies provide to their customers includes repair services that make customers prefer the other companies. I believe there are loyalties in Indianapolis area since this company is committed to ensuring that there is always customer satisfaction. The thing that this company is required to do to improve their brand is to be more efficient in service delivery to their customers (Singh, 143).
Question 4
There are offers like buy two wash and get one free hence these deceive the customers that they are being given pricing discount while, in the real sense, they pay for them. The products that are priced the same are Clear Coat and wheel blight. Variation in pricing helps to encourage customers to purchase more product as it is always seen to be cheaper. It uses the techniques of giving discount to the wash by giving extra wash if you purchase a particular number. A good example of mikes sale promotion is the offer that if you purchase two wash you get an extra wash for free. The thing that distinguishes Mike’s services from other services is the quality services they offer at affordable prices to their customers. Mike’s car wash can use price discount by giving it to their regular customers so as to ensure that they will always return to being served by this great company (Reidenbach, 236).
Question 5
The fact that this company is customer inviting and offers high quality services has been a key reason as to why this company is the best in the car wash industry. Their commitments to the customers to customers makes the competitive in the market as they always attract new clients because of the positive image portrayed by customers. The community prefers their services and the clean cars in the community around create a positive image of this company. Mike express company has always said the boss is an employee who ensures customer satisfaction by giving every employee authority to offer a rewash to the customers. The philosophies in this company always ensure that they maintain their customers for many years as they always know how to handle them (Reidenbach, 130). I have not yet have an experience of mike's services but by the positive image portrayed by their customers have made me have interest in these services. What makes the relationship with their customers to last forever is the fact that they always ensure that their customers get the value for their money.
