Firstly, Disney Company has the interest in protecting the tourism business from being ruined by SunCal by coming up with cheap housing facilities. On the other hand, SunCal Company has an interest in developing cheap housing facility in that area where tourism provides high revenues. Thirdly, the government ha interest in protecting the tourism site because it earns high taxes from the same facility. Furthermore, low-income employees of Disney Company are interested in the building of cheap houses by SunCal Company to allow them to stay near the work area.

The taxpayers assume the legal power since they can prevent SunCal Company from investing the ground. Stakeholders map is applied by the management of an organization to help them understand the feelings of the other members of the organization. From the stakeholder’s map, SunCal management, employees, public officials, unions and affordable housing advocates supporting the company to have low bargaining power than those opposing the investment such as Disney Company and local officials. In fact, they have great control over the issue hence, can overcome their opponents more easily.

SunCal Company needs to collaborate with the stakeholders opposing the argument because they have enough power to block the investment from taking place. In such a scenario, they can allow SunCal Company to invest but under other conditions making it take advantage of the market (Ang, 2008).
