Abstract
This case study will examine the challenges that the Porcini Inc Company is undergoing and conduct a study on the possible changes meant for implementation to meet the competition that is being brought forth by the rival fast food restaurants. This paper will also identify the changes that should be initiated to improve on the company’s growth through an increase in the number of sales which will be achieved through identifying the gaps that need to be filled in order to achieve the desired success. Recommendations will also be highlighted in relation to the changes that need to be passed to try and improve on the company’s image.
Executive summary
Despite the growth that the Porcini Inc. cooperation has had in developing its chain of restaurants, it is evident that there are matters that may not have been put into consideration. This is from the perspective and the challenges that it encounters in trying to develop a brand and making it as successful as other food restaurants. The executives in the company tries to make this possible through introducing a new chef into the restaurant and other strategies that are aimed at making it among the best restaurants in the United States despite the competition that is posed by other leading brands. Despite this, there are issues need to be put into consideration in order to make sure the implemented strategies are effective. This is through ensuring that they serve their desired purpose.
For there to be changes in the number of sales, improvement is inevitable. This is essential in making sure that porcini made the relevant changes to achieve the desired goals.
