SUMMERY OF ARTICLE:
Chanel received the Luxury Marketer of the Year award for the strong use of video concepts, advertising in luxury publications and high attentive given to multiple segments of customers. Chanel has launched a remarkable website that excellently caters to the needs and requirements of the customers (Gabriel, p.1). The most important and effective section the website is the beauty section that provides an easy vertical integration aspect with mobile commerce for its customers. This section has increased Chanel sales as mostly consumers are interested in purchasing the beauty products via mobile instead of expensive clothing, watches, and jewellery. Lately, Chanel has been working hard to shore-up customer loyalty of entry-level customers. A new make-up line has been launched along with two commercial videos. One is a short commercial whereas the other is a make-up tutorial (Joe McCarty, p.1).

Marketing strategies especially the based on the latest social media campaigns is effective for the success of the business and its product. Chanel has launched a remarkable website that excellently caters to the needs and requirements of the customers. The most important and effective section the website is the beauty section that provides an easy vertical integration aspect with mobile commerce for its customers. This section has increased Chanel sales as most consumers are interested in purchasing the beauty products via mobile instead of expensive clothing, watches, and jewellery. Chanel has launched different product campaigns with various videos that have focused on young customers, old prestigious clients as well as the new customers (Joe McCarty, p.1).
