In order for Elizabeth’s company to move forward, it must emulate certain attributes of Chris Cunningham’s company. Elizabeth should also consult with Cunningham or seek advice on the various strategies it has put in place that has determined ad ensured its success. Elizabeth should also establish why, where, when and how to act in different situations that her company is found trapped it not forgetting that the success of her company should be paramount at all time. Elizabeth should also consider restructuring the company and doing away with unnecessary departments since. The fewer and more efficient departments dictate how successful a company will be since each player is fully aware of the role-play in the company. Supervision also becomes easy thus, individuals who do not add any value to the company can easily be done away with. Treatment of patients should also be considered and the best methods applied so as to lure more patients into her company (Bolman, & Deal, 1997).
In conclusion, any successful company has a story behind its success, for some the most basic of ideas and principles were taken advantage of leading to successful business ventures. Such principles overtime are constantly improved and revised with weakness being pointed out and eliminated (Bolman, & Deal, 1997).
