RE: PUPPY RAISING AS A WAY TO GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY
Do you keep dogs in your homes? Are they there for security or as pets? It is clear that most of the people in the company possess’ puppies; some trained while others are just pets. The reason why some of you keep puppies is that you can afford to buy them since they do not come at a cheap. The idea of keeping puppies can be magnificent in cases where they are trained, and they help minimize boredom since they can assist the owner in some tasks and keep them entertained.
The community has helped our company in areas such as labor, security, and market; hence, the need to develop a plan to rare puppies that will be used for guide dog training. If the project is endorsed the employees will be required to raise puppies, train them, and when they are fifteen months they may donate them to be used in the training of other dogs. There is the need for the staff to know the necessary training that the puppies will need, feeding procedures, and how to keep them comfortable.
The success of the project will be achieved when the dogs in the community are trained using the puppies, and the number of the stray dogs in the streets is reduced. There is the need to know some aspects concerning the project such as; which are the companies that train the puppies? Which is the best breed to rare? Which is the best feeding procedure for the dogs? What are some of the challenges will the project face? Will people feel appreciated when the company gives guide dogs for training?
All the employees are advised to consult with their neighbors and come up with answers for the project questions by 27th May 2016. Your feedback will be appreciated as it will determine the viability of the project.
