For this week assignment, we had to evaluate the advertisement of several companies due to the knowledge we got. And today we are going to evaluate the answers of two other students and see if our ideas were similar.
The first evaluation we have was made by Gabriela Romero. Gabriela chose The Elementary School Teacher advertisement as the best one. We have the same advertisement for this point, too. It seems that the person responsible for this advertisement was quite knowledgeable in what an employee needs when he or she seeks for a job. Here we have the necessary information mentioned as well as all the requirements, advantages and contacts information. There was no useless information. That is why the person who’ll see this advertisement won’t have any obvious questions.
I could not agree with the second choice of Gabriel. She chose David’s Bridal advertisement. We have to agree that is was not informative at all as well as it required to click the link to see further details. Still, we should judge this advert as potential employees. And what we see here? There is a pretty picture with an appealing motto. They promise their employees that they will love this job. There is nothing more important. A person would definitely click that link in order to see the details. They attracted attention by a simple sentence. That is why we cannot consider it as the worst advertisement.
The next student, her name is Jessica, chose the same advertisement as the worst one. But she chose another best advertisement. She thinks that the best one was Vector job advertisement. We can agree with Jessica’s choice. This company mentioned all the requirements in this advertisement. Also, we can see what the company can offer to their employees. The only disadvantage is that there is no contact information mentioned. There is no telephone number or email, or any other links. That is why it cannot be the best one.
