It will be important to have history information of the community in terms of nutrition information (Spark 352). For instance, what are some of the solutions that have been applied in the past to address this nutrition situation?

The intervention strategy will be at the individual and community level. Intervention strategies will involve increasing access to fruits and vegetables. Additionally, there will be provision oral health and pharmacy services that will address the medical and allergy conditions of the aging population. Further nutrition education will be done to elaborate the relationship between diseases and nutrition (Bauer, Liou and Sokolik 132). The format to follow will begin with food and nutrition delivery, nutrition education and nutrition counseling and finally coordination of nutrition care. This format is effective since it will allow time for the aging population to get the required knowledge while after having their health status has been improved.
- How will you utilize/incorporate behavior change theories into your program? Explain - be specific. (6 pts)
Behavioral change theories such as cognitive behavioral theory will be applied in the initial assessment of food eating habits. This theory will also incorporate ways which individual will use to promote their use of fruits and vegetables.
