Premier health plan is a new health plan developed by premier health organization in the United States to provide health compensation as well as benefits to the employed personnel. The program runs concurrently with the Affordable Care Act in southwestern Ohio with the aim of improving the health status of the community (Premier Health, 2017). The premier health group (PHG), a group of professionals from a range of expertise fields of cardiology, neurosurgery, as well as orthopedics, runs the plan.
In addition, the program is effective because of it being under the watch f the country's best physicians. Additionally, the program takes place in the rural areas making it accessible to the common American citizens as well as all the employees in the community. The programs as well charge favorable prices for its services and have a range of benefits that suits different sections of its clientele (Premier Health, 2017).
Noteworthy is that the program can improve if operated on a national basis.
